These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the r444 platform, including the website at https://r444.cam, any associated mobile applications, and all services, features and content offered through them (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and r444 ("r444", "we", "us", "our").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

To register an Account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or by the operator's licence terms, whichever is greater.
2. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or nominee for any third party.
3. You are not a Prohibited User as defined in these Terms.
4. You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by r444 for breach of these Terms.
5. You are not a current employee, director, contractor, agent or immediate family member of an employee of r444 or its affiliates.
6. Participation in online gambling is not prohibited by the laws of your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for verifying this.
7. You are registering a single Account only. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. You agree to promptly update your Account information if it changes. r444 is not responsible for losses arising from incorrect information provided during registration.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact support immediately at [email protected]. r444 will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts will be closed, all associated Bonus Funds forfeited and any real-money Balance may be withheld pending investigation. Accounts found to be operating as proxies for banned users will be permanently closed.

The Platform operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All Balances, bets, winnings and transaction records are displayed and processed in PKR unless otherwise stated at the point of transaction.

r444 operates KYC and anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with applicable standards. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any time, including before any withdrawal is processed:

• Government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method used (e.g., screenshot of digital wallet or bank account)
• Source-of-funds declaration where transaction volumes warrant it

Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period of a request may result in withdrawal holds, Account restrictions or permanent closure. r444 is required to report suspicious transactions under applicable AML frameworks and may do so without prior notice to the Account holder.

r444 accepts deposits in PKR via payment methods listed in the live cashier at the time of your transaction. Available methods may change without prior notice. The following payment references are mentioned for contextual familiarity only and do not imply endorsement of gambling by the respective providers: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. r444 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds at any time.

r444 does not charge deposit fees on its side. However, your payment provider may apply transaction fees independently. You are responsible for checking your provider's fee schedule before initiating a deposit.

If a deposit does not appear in your Account within a reasonable period, contact support with your transaction reference. r444 will investigate but cannot guarantee resolution times where delays are caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the verified payment method on record. r444 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts in a different name to the registered Account holder.

• KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is approved.
• Real-money funds that originated from a deposit may generally be withdrawn at any time (subject to KYC). Bonus-derived winnings are subject to the applicable wagering requirement being met in full.
• r444 may request additional documentation before approving large withdrawals.
• A cooling-off period of up to 72 hours may apply for first withdrawals or following significant account activity.

Processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier. r444 does not guarantee specific processing windows as times are partly dependent on third-party processors. Withdrawn funds are returned to the same method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible.

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to r444's general betting rules and any sport-specific or market-specific rules communicated at the time of the market being offered. In the event of conflict, sport-specific rules take precedence.

A bet is only accepted and binding when r444 has confirmed its receipt and provided the User with a bet reference number. Bets placed after market suspension or event commencement may be void at r444's discretion.

r444 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were materially erroneous due to a technical fault, human error or data feed failure. Users should not exploit apparent pricing errors; doing so constitutes Prohibited Conduct under Section 11.

r444 may apply maximum single-bet and cumulative-payout limits. These limits will be communicated within the relevant market or in the sport-specific rules. r444 reserves the right to impose additional payout limits for individual accounts without prior notice.

Live in-play markets, including Pakistan cricket and PSL matches, are suspended and re-priced frequently. r444 is not responsible for delays in the information displayed and bets placed on suspended markets will be reviewed and may be voided.

r444 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each offer is subject to its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game restrictions, expiry periods and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus funds.

Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any winnings derived from those funds can be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are stated clearly at the point of offer.

r444 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent, and the use of automated betting systems. Any Account found engaging in bonus abuse will have all associated Bonus Funds forfeited and may be permanently banned.

r444 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. No user has an unconditional entitlement to receive any bonus or promotional offer.

r444 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Users are encouraged to use the player-protection tools available within their Account settings, including:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss limits — caps on the amount you are permitted to lose within a defined period.
• Session time reminders — alerts after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cool-off period — a temporary restriction on access, typically 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-exclusion — a minimum 6-month exclusion from all r444 Services, extendable to permanent exclusion on request.

r444 reserves the right to impose any of the above restrictions unilaterally if it identifies indicators of problem gambling, regardless of whether the User has self-requested them.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and legal action:

1. Registering more than one Account or registering on behalf of another person without their express consent.
2. Providing false, misleading or inaccurate registration information, including age falsification.
3. Using automated bots, scripts or artificial intelligence systems to place bets or interact with the Platform.
4. Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or obvious pricing mistakes for financial gain.
5. Money laundering or using the Platform to facilitate any financial crime.
6. Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
7. Match-fixing, spot-fixing or any involvement in corrupt sporting activity.
8. Reverse engineering, scraping or otherwise attempting to extract data from the Platform without authorisation.
9. Engaging in any conduct that constitutes fraud, misrepresentation or breach of any applicable law.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the r444 name, logo, design, text, graphics, software and database structures — is the exclusive intellectual property of r444 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and database rights.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without r444's express prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, r444 shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages of any kind.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill.
• Losses arising from the User's failure to comply with these Terms.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party payment processors, internet service providers or force-majeure events.
• Losses resulting from a User's failure to safeguard their Account credentials.
• Any consequences arising from a User's non-compliance with local laws, including gambling restrictions under Pakistani law.

Nothing in these Terms limits r444's liability for death or personal injury caused by r444's own negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

r444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms or any applicable policy.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or criminal conduct.
• A legal, regulatory or technical requirement to do so.
• Upon the User's own written request for account closure.

On termination, any real-money Balance held in the Account will be returned to the User via the verified payment method on record, less any amounts legitimately withheld under these Terms (for example, pending wagering requirements or fraud investigations). Bonus Funds are forfeited on closure.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which r444 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall first be referred to r444 support for informal resolution.

If informal resolution fails, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the operator's licence jurisdiction. Users in Pakistan acknowledge that local courts and regulators may have concurrent jurisdiction over matters involving Pakistani law.

r444 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, r444 will provide reasonable notice — typically by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last updated.
